The secret truth is that dA makes way more money than you can really imagine. And thus have begun design and planning of dA Regions. These "regions" and locations span the entire world. One base on each major continent. This is a community based in a village tucked into two hillsides.</sub>

I had always planned on designing more deviant Locations, and a contest held by #dAVillage provided me with another opportunity to do that. This time it was a village and I had thought of doing a city but that seemed way to easy for me. Any basic layout would do, but I don't like basic. 3 years in Drafting and Design in HS does it to you.

So I decided on what I like to stick to, an environment where the building is built into or in its surroundings, just so it seemed more compact and secluded.

For the design I decided to have each wing of the village be built into a hillside. East and west. On the eastern wing there is a waterfall that divides that wing into two areas. North and south. (refer to the layout)

Once again studies interfered with the time I had and I wasn't able to finish when I wanted to. Nevertheless I did finish.

<sub>Theater

Where deviants see the films created by other dA artists. Auditorium seats approx. 200 persons.

Galleries

There are a variety of galleries spread across the village in the different wings. Floor to ceiling windows allow for the maximum amount of light. The roofs are equipped with solar panels as well to take advantage of the sunlight and used to power the village.

Admin Lookout

Where the admin look out over the village managing things, creating new features, and keeping an eye on galleries and deviants in general.

Waterfall and Pool

A natural waterfall divides the west wing of the village and flows down the hillside (under the over-walk bridge) down into the pool located at the center of the village. The water is filtered into the pool and then returned back to the waterfall.
